Mrs Shobha Tuli is the Secretary of Thalassemics India and a leading advocate for individuals living with thalassemia and other inherited blood disorders. A founding member of the organization since its establishment in 1987, she has dedicated more than three decades to advancing patient advocacy, awareness, and equitable access to comprehensive care.
